The Wyoming Cavalry is a professional football team that is a part of the Indoor Football League. The sports team hits the gridiron and plays their home games at the Casper Events Center. While the team has advanced in the playoffs and lost some pivotal games, it has had a decent run of success. Garden Creek Falls is a 2.5 mile out and back trail located near Casper. One of the highlights of this recreation trail is a waterfall and its difficulty level is rated as moderate. This trail is used primarily for hiking.

National Historic Trails Interpretive Center
The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center preserves the history of some of the area's most significant recreation trails. It was these rough passageways that played a vital role in the development of the United States mail system and, in turn, the economic progression of the whole country. The center tells the stories, but you can actually walk on a marked trail just outside the facility.
